We wanted to let you know that we strive to get each order out in a timely fashion; however we cannot promise a guaranteed delivery time from May 6th-9th. We also encourage you to write as much information as possible on your order, If it is a business please write the name of the business. If the recipient is going to leave early please write in the special instructions what time they leave and an alternate delivery address if we cannot make it to work on time. Please choose a bouquet in the Mother's Day category, other arrangements will not be available this week. Unfortunately due to the high demand of flowers during this season we also may need to do substitutions. As always we will make every effort to keep the same look and feel of what you choose. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
