Customer service is excellent. As soon as I placed my order I received a phone call to notify me that some of the flowers pictured were not available and if I wanted my order delivered the day I requested substitutions were available. The lady was very sweet and willing to make the changes necessary. Thank you for making this process easy during this difficult time.
